This is an event to remember.
Even with my ‘V’ left over, I came out 2 points ahead. I think it’s the first time I’ve ever been ahead even during part of a game with him! Dave grew up Scrabbling with his family (I’ve heard his mother is fierce competition!!) I, on the other hand, am a born and bred Rummikub player, so the cross over has been a little challenging at times! I think Milo is going to take after his dad. He channeled some focus to me. Some of my big point words of the game were: “Qi” over a double letter for 21 points, “Zits” over a triple letter for 33 points and “Perky” in the corner for 45 points.
