I have designed this five-week challenge to amplify the lessons that are available through practical minimalism. I call it “practical” because my personal brand of minimalism works with whatever type of lifestyle you desire.
This course works for you, because it is built as a framework for you to have your own unique experiences within it.
The weekly challenges will be the same for everyone, but how you apply them to your life will be unique. We will work together as a group to dive deep into creating meaningful change first to our mindset, which will then yield lasting change in our actions and habits.
You will emerge in five weeks feeling enlightened, peaceful, grateful and fulfilled. These changes and feelings can only come as a result of consistent action and application of the course guidelines.
