What do YOU do when you run out of diapers?

Long story short: My BumGenius diapers are being exchanged. I am not great at planning for disposables. I ran out. Clean out. Like, wiped a bum, reached for a diaper and saw nothing…um…what do I do with this cute bare bum?
How about a burp cloth pinned at the sides with novelty cloth diaper pins (from Milo’s baby announcement!!) and covered with a plastic bread bag with holes for the legs? I’ll tell you who’s Bum Genius (tee hee hee).
We made it without disaster to the grocery store, did a diaper change in the car and replaced the stash on the changing table.
I’m ready for my diapers to come back…one of the great things about reusable diapers is that you never run out!!
