You’ll need some graham squares (have you seen these? Perfect for S’mores!), a Symphony chocolate bar (I get the ones with toffee and almond), and some marshmallows, of course!
Set one mallow on each square and microwave 5-10 seconds, until the mallow looks about to explode. Then hurry and smash them down onto the cracker so they’ll stick!
Next, break the chocolate into pieces and microwave for 10 seconds or until the bottom is just barely melting like above. At this point you can stir and stir and the rest will melt. You really don’t want to burn the chocolate, so trust me on the timing:)
Now you can spoon some thick, delicious chocolate onto each square. I like to do it along a corner and leave a tiny bit of marshmallow peeking out so it looks like a S’more and not just a chocolate.
Place your finished beauties onto wax paper and leave at room temperature until the chocolate hardens (or begin eating, as Dave prefers to do!!) Make sure to share the delicious goodness with a friend. Mmm. The taste of summer.
