Good morning! I spend the night camping out at a local pre-school to ensure Milo got one of the coveted first-come, first-served slots. It was crazy (I devoured Catching Fire before another parent showed up at 2 am), and now he’s officially enrolled! I’m going to spend the afternoon making up for the night’s sleep by napping with the boys and staying low-key, but I wanted to share two fun things!

First, the Wool Felted Spring Chick DIY I created for Gabby of Design Mom  is live on her site today. Check it out for the full tutorial on these little birdies! (I adore Gabby and am thrilled to have the chance to create this for her!)

Second, I entered Katie’s wedding dress into the Sewvivor Competition, and I am a top ten finalist! There were so many great projects entered, I am thrilled to have been chosen. Now the brainstorming begins for my next round of competition. I’ll let you know when I figure it out!
