It felt a little odd to move into our apartment a month after we had moved to NH (which was 2 months after we moved out of our apartment in SLC!) Dave and I got the go ahead to inhabit the space and we were so excited that the actual moving part was a breeze- we picked up the truck, loaded, drove, unloaded and turned it back in all within 3 hours!
We’re both saying “What is all this stuff?” “Ohh, I forgot we had that!” “I can’t wait to open this…”
This is me. Dirty and sweaty from working and moving but soo excited.
…and now we have a home. I have a new mixer in my new kitchen and turns out this great recipe works with all white flour if you happen to be out of wheat.

I’ll post pics of the house soon. It’s perfect and has a spare room so you all can come visit!
