Thank you for all of the happy wishes and thoughts for us at this fun time. I’ve been soaking up every moment of this new little life. So far Eliot sleeps all day and all night, eats when he’s hungry and only opens his big eyes for short glimpses around. We adore him.
My best friend Cassi and her new daughter Ruby are here for a few days, both to visit and to take photos of our new boy. She mentioned she liked my baby station (changing table/bassinet/closet, etc.) so I thought I’d share. It’s from Ikea and has been pretty much perfect as a little all-in-one nursery next to my bed. I’ll keep him nearby for these first couple months.
Now I’m off to nap while Cassi works her magic with Eliot.
She’s pretty much a baby whisperer.
