What???
Thanks to our good friends the Einfelds, Dave and I were recently introduced to a new way to delight in totally indulgent and decadent CHOCOLATE…by sucking hot cocoa (specifically a brand called MILO!) through an imported chocolate coated Aussie wafer called a TIM TAM. After you bite a little off each end of the wafer, you stick one end in the steaming cocoa and suck! As the cocoa comes through the cookie it cools a little, and totally melts and dissolves the cookie,making the end very important-shove the whole gooey mess into your mouth and enjoy!

It was quite fun, and very delish! Thank you Einfelds for loving Tim Tam Slams so much that you import cases of the cookies from Down Under for our tasting pleasure!
