We had a fan.tas.tic weekend. Full of friends, BBQ’s, and summer heat. Love it. Saturday a bunch of friends gathered at a huge park with the kiddos to grill (in our case Black Bean) burgers and relax.
Milo loves playing with other kids, so he was in heaven. He also loves scrounging everyone else’s food from their plates and he is so cute they give it to him, so double heaven!

I’ve never seen Milo happier than when playing with daddy. He especially loves the throw into the air high enough that mommy’s heart skips a beat.
Memorial Day aka Decoration Day, brought a ward breakfast complete with a trivia game (that Dave and I cleaned up on!) I accidentally ate the bacon the server guy put on my plate. I accidentally liked it. We then swam for a couple hours with Missy and her crew. Mister Milo l.o.v.e.s to swim.
And I l.o.v.e this little spiderman Euro-suit! The afternoon brought another BBQ and this time we indulged in the Brats. Hey, we took a little holiday from Seasonal Veggies, but we’re back on today (Dave took a hummus and veggie sandwich to work.) After a calm game of Bocce Ball on the back lawn, we put Milo to bed and enjoyed some Häagan Dazs…like we do most nights. It was a wonderful weekend.
