Happy Earth Day! We here are proud to be consciously green. You know, recycling, reusable diapers, earth-friendly products…etc. Apartment living requires some creativity in the gardening department, and this morning my little sidekick and I came up with a fun project to celebrate the earth.
He was in charge of the shovel. You can see he enjoyed it!
I have been saving mason jars lately, and this was a perfect time to put them to re-use! With a little twine they hang nicely on the balcony.
Add a little EARTH and a small plant and the result is fabulous. I have just begun. How cool will this be with garden jars hung at all different levels (all out of Milo’s reach!) Maybe even between every one of the bars? So cool.
