Weird that the week is almost over! I think taking a long weekend made it zip by. I’ve had a swell time just living the dream this week. Our abode is in transition as we begin to make plans to add another child to the second bedroom. As I look around with sort-of fresh eyes, I’m seeing little tweaks all over our apartment that I’d like to pull off (one of which involves a 24″x24″ canvas and me with a paintbrush, uh oh)…so we’ll see. This little list is what’s on my mind today. Enjoy your weekend!
Watching Milo grow up (and grow more and more smitten with tractors) It’s awesome. Sometimes I just want to snuggle him all day. He’s understanding more and acts so reasonable sometimes. Must be from his Dad.

How did I decide that making pom poms out of yarn was a good use of my time? I just fell in love (and needed a break from sewing). I want to make ten more and string them up as a spring garland. Cute, right?
Love these maternity pants. They make wearing sweats look cool, which is exactly what I need right now. I wonder if trying to make them myself would be a total M.C. Hammer disaster?
