Today I am THANKFUL for my husbands Halloween leftovers-the maroon sweat suit that quickly converts from PJ’s to study wear to walking suit. Oh, how comfy and awesome it is. He made fun of it in the beginning, and I planned on using it as cheap maternity lounge wear…but once he was enveloped in the cottony maroon softness, he hasn’t looked back (except to say with those eyes “if you’re lucky, I’ll let you borrow it.”)
Thank you Wal-Mart for providing such an affordable last minute Bleeker costume that– although made by children starving in third-world sweatshops and stocked on the shelves by underpaid, overworked forgotten middle class employees–has provided Dave with such bliss, and me with such hope.
