I was super excited to launch my book earlier this month. It has been received with warm and enthusiastic support and feedback. Today I am thrilled to follow-up the book launch with the release of a free More Than Enough book club discussion guide.
I have received emails from readers telling me how one or more of the chapters has really shifted their perspective on an element of their life for the better. Those stories are my favorite. I wrote More Than Enough with the intention of bringing new awareness and understanding surrounding several different principles into the lives of the readers.
More than a retelling of our own experiences, More Than Enough serves as a guidebook for navigating a new paradigm in which you recognize your own life as abundant, and from a place of gratitude and acceptance find a new sort of settled contentment in the day to day while at the same time choosing more intentionally how you want to spend your time, energy, and resources.
Together with my book launch team, I compiled two pages of insightful questions meant to encourage thought, discussion, and really just digging in deep to applying the story to your own experiences.
Application is how knowledge goes from just being new information to actually changing our experiences. Application is where the power lies.
Book clubs are the best. If you don’t already have one, what are you waiting for? It doesn’t have to be formal, or even regular! Just call a few of your friends, tell them to grab copies of More Than Enough (Hard Copy, Kindle, or Audible!) and gather to talk through what you learned. With snacks, of course.
