My true love gave to me…

A fun, easy project for the almost complete nursery: Bird Mobile!
I sewed the little birds out of some bright, patterned fabric. Next, I used old wire hangers to make the balancing mobile. In order to make it safer (and less junk yard looking) I wound bright cotton yarn around all of the wire. Finally, I hung the birds using bright embroidery thread. I can take them off, move them around and even disassemble the whole thing easily for future storage.
The bellies of the birds are just as colorful and stimulating as the tops, so even Milo’s view is great!
