Project Repurpose the Wardrobe: ReMODELING
June 14, 2010
This Saturday Project Repurpose the Wardrobe went on tour…to the local Home Depot. What do you get when you mix me, Dave, seven outfits, sixty minutes and one camera? The following photo shoot. Watch out, I’ve got some mad stare-serenely-away-from-the-camera skills;) Without further delay, in order of appearance on this blog: Project Repurpose the Wardrobe ReMODELING…
Blah Shirt to Ruffled Flirt

Too Short to Too Cute

Hooded V to Nautical Tee

Drowned Me to Found Me

Referee to Stylish Referee

Saggy Capris to Pleats and a Breeze

Shapeless to Chic
Now for the out-takes:

Heading into the store. The lumber cart was a perfect hanging station for the apparel. Dave is thinking at this point, “How does she convince me that this will be at all a good idea?”

Choosing a BBQ prop…”Hmmm, the brush is weird, but these tongs look good!”
Ooh, don’t fall off the chair in your platforms honey!
Shooting each of the seven pieces before the store closed required six changes in under an hour. Shorts to skirt to pants to skirt to pants to skirt to pants. It worked out perfectly to not ever flash anyone innocently shopping at Home Depot that night. Overall, I think we were pretty under the radar. Stealth.
Hope you enjoyed seeing what they look like on!!
