Ahh, the swans…classic summer in Sun Valley
We discovered some amazing HOME MADE ice cream in Ketchum (and ate it 3 times in 4 days!)

The Sun Valley weekend is usually a full family trip, but this summer just Dave, Rachel, Milo and I were able to join Mike and Melanie. Scott, Amy, Susanna, New Baby, Eric, Kate, Sarah and Ben we missed you!!

Our man is 2 1/2 months and has grown up and out of all 0-3 month clothes, so we’ve moved on to all of Cousin Robbie’s 3-6 monthers and he’s looking so grown up!
He has also started holding his head up. I think it surprised him!!
Melanie loved holding, cuddling, and putting Milo to sleep.
Mike is an exhibitor for the Utah Bar Association retreat and it is so great of him to let the family tag along!
Another new development…sucking on his fingers…
Okay, he sucks on his whole fist…it’s adorable and slobbery.
Dave and I walked all the way to the base of the ski hill with plans to ride the lift to the top and hike down. It wasn’t until we were almost there that I read the fine print about kids under 3 not being allowed. So, we just enjoyed the scenery, then trekked back to the Lodge.
I just bought the little man this whoozit toy. We named him Ned. If he is hanging in sight, Milo will not look away, he is fascinated.
On Saturday afternoon we drove up to beautiful Red Fish Lake. Dave, Melanie and I all braved the ice cold lake water. It was so refreshing.
We were done after about 2 jumps off of the pier, but will definitely make it a destination in the future.
Sunday we made it the Sun Valley Branch, then began the drive home.
Milo had so much fun he didn’t want to leave!!
