Dave’s mom hosted the extended family for a fantastic evening of live nativity with i.n.c.r.e.d.i.b.l.e middle eastern food. I know. I obsess about food all the time. This was good. Pita with tabouli, hummus and olive tapenaude, chicken and lamb skewers, rice…mmm. How cool is this idea?
The costumes made the traditional Luke 2 reading much more streamlined…well, as streamlined it can be with 20 characters;)
After the merry hubbub with the WHOLE clan we spent some quality time with Dave’s fam…and a portrait of Sarah, who is on a mission in Peru. We missed her on the Eve, but got to chat with her on Christmas. Fun time.
